If for any reason you receive a damaged product please can you take a photograph of the item and send to email email@example.com and we will get back to you within 48 hrs with our response.
You can return items to BMV Brands within 14 days of receiving your order please see below our terms and conditions.

You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure returned items are in their original condition with all tags.
Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. Items must be clearly marked as 'returned goods’.
Please allow 5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed, in busy periods this may take longer - up to a maximum of 14 working days.
Please note that returning unsuitable goods is at your own expense.
However if you are returning a product because of an error on our part, BMV Brands will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us.
Please retain a receipt of your return postage costs as this will be required in these instances.
